As of November 30, 2023, Battalion Oil Corporation along with the below listed affiliates (“Battalion”) moved their places of business to 820 Gessner Road, Suite 1100, Houston, 77024.  Battalion’s phone number (832-538-0300) and website address are the same.  

Also, those entities that submit invoices electronically through the Enverus OpenInvoice system, should continue to do so.  The move does not affect electronic invoicing.

This notice provides formal notice pursuant to any applicable notice provision.
